Hi Again! 

My professional background is in management, specifically the hospitality industry and my strength has always been in building teams.  When I decided to stop trading my time for wages, I knew that I wanted to continue professionallyin a capacity that would allow me to continue helping others to become stronger and realizing their own goals while I was doing the same. 

 Pierre and I have five grown children between us, all doing well in their own worlds and we look forward to welcoming the first of grandchildren into the world in 2010. 

We are enjoying very much the freedoms that come with this stage of life.  Our ranch is located in a beautiful area of  BC, Canada.  We are very close to the Rockies, many lakes, rivers and vast areas of untouched wilderness. 

 We both also love to travel.  We’ve met so many interesting friends from all over the world.  It’s amazing where a conversation in an airport can lead to!  

Home is the Barrette Ranch where we have both mountain and performance horses. 

Our area is predominantly run by the oil and gas industry and the effects of the recession were really obvious here.

When I made my career change it was into an industry that has seen growth during this time.
